Returns: All returns must be done within seven days of receiving your package. You must have the original packing list and on that list you must have the item(s) circled that you will be returning. All merchandise returned must be in the same condition in which it was received. Tags must be attached. All refunds will be reimbursed through your original method of payment. Sugar and Bruno does not refund shipping charges.

If an exchange is made for a different item, you must pay the difference before the order is re-sent out.
